Healthkit Integrated: easily write data for current Body Fat percentage, BMI, Height, lean mass and weight
Macronutrients calculator: Calculate your daily energy using the three macronutrients required by humans: carbohydrates (sugar), lipids (fats), and proteins. Each of these macronutrients provides energy in the form of calories.
Daily water intake recommendation calculator: Drinking enough water every day is good for overall health but how much do we need to drink on a daily basis? DISCLAIMER: This calculation is ONLY recommendation by weight in pounds and minutes exercised.
